Tijuana Flats

Marquis offered the worst customer service experience of me and my wife's life. Price was posted on huge billboard behind him stating " Margaritas 4 for $20". SEE PIC BELOW He charged me over $25. I asked why when the price was posted and advertised in the store he was overcharging me. He said, "Oh, the prices must have changed." I asked him,"I'm a regular customer and ask that you honor the price that is advertised." He said, "I will not honor that price." What boggles the mind is that he did not care at all about us, doing the right thing nor show any type of hospitality nor customer service. Did I mention it was Friday night--peak dinner time--at 5:54 pm? The store was empty on Friday night dinnertime. Can you imagine what Corporate Tijuana Flats would think if they knew that their manager with no customers in his store--peak Friday night dinner--turns away the only customers to come in and not honor the posted prices and try to pull off a bait and switch? There are dozens of Mexican food type restaurants around that offer better casual dining at great prices.

I don’t know what is going on at this location. I ordered the chicken chimichanga to go and said i would wait outside. The person at the register said that they would bring it out when it was ready. 15 minutes goes by, I check, it’s not ready. I go back outside and wait for 30 more minutes before I go back inside to see my food sitting on the rack already. Who knows how much time I wasted there.
