Papa Johns Pizza

Probably the strangest combination of topings I have ever ordered. It’s also the strangest looking pizza I have ever seen too. I pulled half of it to eat. The center was thin and floppy. And the cheese crust was overly “fluffy”. When I asked why it was so fluffy I received the excuse because it’s cheese crust. After eating it I needed pepto bismol. (This is not a paid advertisement).

I ordered 2 large pizzas. One with cheese and one without cheese. Picked it up and got home to see both had cheese. Kindly called them to tell them. They sent over the correct pizza free of charge. I grab a slice and I realize there is a blonde straight hair. I have curly brown hair. I won’t even bother calling again to complain. Just because you’re a franchise doesn’t mean you can get away with bad quality/ service

Yesterday night l made an order to pick up with my bf, when the pizza was ready we went and when leaving we asked for napkins, the guy who first was taking care of us was in the kitchen but there was the delivery guy and another one who just stood there and completely ignored us, my bf asked one more time and still nothing, it was so un respectful, the delivery guy even looked at us and my boyfriend said to him: “are you just ignoring me? I am asking for napkins, please.” Nothing, it was just like talking to a wall. Just because he is the delivery guy he can not pass napkins to the clients? He is still wearing the uniform, he works for the restaurant, we were not asking for nothing else. We were so upset! We will never be going to this place again, what a bad service and employees they hire in here.
