Old Chicago

Good spot to go with the family for pizza, wings and drinks. Getting seated was a little odd since the waiting area is kind of in the middle of the restaurant (when we first walked in we were sure exactly where we were supposed to go since it felt like we were in a walkway in the middle of the place, not somewhere we should sit and wait). The service was excellent and the food was very good. The restaurant vibe/decor was a little older without feeling run down. Overall a good experience; when the people are friendly and the food is good that's enough to go back!

Good little pizza spot. We got the a garden side salad (it was filling on its own) We tried Chicago 7 and 3 personals a cheese, a pepperoni and a classic. For drinks they have coke products. My girls loved that we all got bendy straws. They were out of the deep dish dough so we'll have to stop by again some other time to try.

We love this place and travel from out of town to eat here. The pizza is the best and we have always get great service. Brandi at the front is the best. Great big smile on her face and so good at multi tasking between take out orders, phone calls and seating people both in the front and back entrances. She is fair and sweet. Hard to find help like that in the service industry these days.

Waited a while to be seated, then waited quite another while to order. All in all, quite dissapointed it took them over 30 minutes to tell me they were out of their deep dish dough, so I got the Sicilian Rolls. Dissapointed that I waited over 30 minutes for these, they weren't worth it. Ginger was an amazing server, handling all those orders is quite the task. She deserves all the stars. Would come back but the waiting game isn't worth it. Went to Chik-Fil-A afterwards to fulfill the dissapointment.

FIRST TIME HERE. Many choices at the mall and we made this one. :( 6 min to be seated. 1:00 in the afternoon. Restaurant only about 25% full. Plenty of workers milling about. Only one party of 4 in front of us. Sat and waited 40 min for our mini pizzas to arrive. Apparently my wife’s was made wrong so they made another. That’s good except they let mine sit and when I got it it was ice cold. We just split my wife’s instead. Not gonna wait another 40 min. No mgr came to apologize either. A review from someone said they had “clean” bathrooms. I take that as sarcasm. Here are some pics of the men’s bathroom. So much for Covid sanitation.

Came here the other week on a Saturday evening so we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, which wasn't bad for 4 adults and 2 kids. We could tell they were a little short staffed because the servers and hosts were running around a lot, but they still made it a point to check in and take care of us. What I really appreciated is when the food came out, our server let me know that he forgot to put my order in on time and it would be a few extra minutes. He also made sure to tell me that he was taking care of my food and not charging me for it. I didn't get his name, but the fact that he stepped up and took responsibility for his mistake speaks volumes on the quality of employee he is. The food tasted great and his service was definitely appreciated.

To start we were brought to a table that was not cleaned up. The server was a nice young man that was not trained very well. Are request for our drinks, food, and desert took forever, and they were not short handed. In fact I had to go find our server who was sitting in a booth talking with another server. I rarely give out bad reviews unless it's something like this. This is not in anyway to discourage people from coming here it's more that this establishment needs to manage better.
