Chick-fil-a

This place more than amazes me. The efficiency should be the standard (unfortunately its not). Their drive through could have 20+ cars in line and it's still faster than any other with super friendly staff that speak to you by name. The food is always fresh and delicious. Always the same quality. I can't say this about any other establishment I frequent "I have never had anything but a 5☆ experience @ Chic-fil-a Thank you so much to their amazing 👏 staff

As you pull up into the drive-thru there's two lines and it's fairly easy to navigate but you've got employees out there trying to tell you to follow one car and another employee tells you to follow another car and some customers don't listen so that's kind of fiasco. I got my food and had to wait for three cars in front of me to leave because they were all out of order. I hope at once the new employees gets trained this will all be back to normal

Let's get the bad out of the way. We went for breakfast and it wasn't at all busy. We ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, one in a combo. We had to wait some time and when it finally arrived it was a Chicken burrito and hash browns. When I told them they discovered that the order was correct, not sure what happened in the back. It still took some time to get the corrected order and there were only three other tables and one had their food. They did make it up to us with a free brownie and two gift cards for free sandwiches. They had someone cleaning the floors the whole time we were there and everything else looked nice and clean. They also had fresh flowers everywhere.

Yesterday was a quiet and clam day. The staff was good and helpful. There was a trainee and she did very well. She old me she's been there for about four weeks. For her to be on point and had a very good positive attitude. She had a great smile and was vey pleasurable. Then i went up to get a refill another employee was right there with a smile. So thank you for all your service and keep up the awsome work everyone.

This place is fantastic. Not only is the food always fresh and good, but they have THE most efficient drive-thru service I have ever had the privilege of witnessing. Seriously, if I drive in and see a massive line in the drive-thru, it never scares me off. They always have friendly staff, quick service, and my meal is always correct and delicious.

Tried them when they first came to Boise and thought it was one of the worst chicken sandwiches we have ever had but we kept hearing how great they were so we decided to give them a 2nd chance. Crowded as usual, very impressive how quickly they got people through. The problem arose when we asked for tomatoes and no cheese. They messed up and gave us cheese and no tomatoes and the order taker didn't ask our name so trying to match our order through them into another tizzy. Trying to get that fixed was beyond rediculous. We were asked to pull around front and wait which is what we did for about 20 minutes. When they finally delivered our sandwiches, they didn't bring our drinks. Got our drinks and we drove away and parked to eat which is when we discovered we didn't get our awesome sauce. To top it off, when we got to the front of the line, we were informed we didn't pay even though we gave the order taker our card. Paid again and when we got home, discovered we had 2 pending charges. Sandwiches were much better this time but a little dry since no sauce
