Awful awful awful- pricing not right on drive through menu. The staff is combative when you call it out- like aggressively combative saying: ‘well what do you want from us’. Staff also not competent to understand their menu. They rung up my order wrong 3 times. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff lied to me twice about the manager not being available and why they couldn’t help me. UPDATE: district manger called today to follow up. Very nice guy! Addressed shortcomings head on and advised me how they have been addressing to fix. New mgmt will hopefully turn it around. My husband has said in past week or two, tacos and service has been better. Update as of 6/19/22: staff at the drive through could not have been more pleasant and nice. They are now open more too. Order was correct.

The food was all fine and dandy, but the staff was FAR more concerned about drive thru orders than the people standing in the lobby, waiting on to-go orders. You would think that at 7:30 on a Friday night, a Taco bell located near a state university would be staffed well enough to handle it, but the kids in the back were scrambling, and clearly frustrated. Long story short, food was fine, but you shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for fast food.

This place has been consistent in not answering the box at drive-through. There is no sign that says that they're currently close. Says that they close at 10pm, but if you arrive around 8:30pm to 9 pm good luck in trying to get food. Can't talk about the food when employees don't want to answer. The worst part is when you drive away, you can see them not doing anything. Either just talking or just idling. Worst part is this is on a Saturday. I would understand if it's a weekday.

The staff here are very rude I have worked fast food the past 8y and know what a short staff looks like having 7 people inside and another 2 outside is not a short staff. I tried to be respectful and go inside because I had 2 orders that needed fulfilled however there lobby is closed do to "short staff" so i went through drive thru and they refused to fulfill my secound order and told me to drive around. I didn't have the time or gas to waste in the drive through so I never got the secound order. What if it was one big order would they fulfill it then? Why is it such a big deal. They said it was against their policy. How does that make any sense? What policy is it to refuse a paying customer? why is it a big deal for you guys to simply hand out a couple extra bags or slide the card again? Same thing as the person feeding their family of 4+ behind me. Or open your lobby for carryout please!!

Honestly blown away with how poor the service is. I've only been here a few times to eat, but I have picked up for doordash here many times. Lobby is never open on a consistent basis, and when it is you may or may not get help. You will however here much profanity and get to witness a clueless staff. Don't even get me started on drive through. They will treat you like garbage at the speaker and the window. I have never reviewed a place before, but this place gets to be that lucky number one. Go literally anywhere else if you don't want the garbage service and poorly put together food. If you're a doordasher avoid this place unless the order pays good.

This place is often randomly closed during normal business hours - even lunchtime! No signs in the drive through or anything. It's very humiliating to try to place an order when nobody's home. When they are open for business, $4 can get you a beefy melt burrito and a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, both of which I quite enjoy.
