Jade's Chopstick

Not enough cooks I guess because I called my order in 30 minutes prior to arriving and I still had to wait 30 more minutes. I was charged before I got my food. I would've walked out if I hadn't paid first. Not impressed. I gave a 3 star because normally it's good food and good enough service. I guess the ONE table of 8 really threw them for a loop. When I complained they did not offer even my tip back which would've been appreciated.

I think we just went there on an off day. When I opened the door, there wasn't a soul in sight. So we were kindly greeted by the waiter and put in a booth. unfortunately the booths were a little uncomfortable. So we moved to a table. at this point, we were considering leaving, because the ambiant music was skipping and the atmosphere really made me uncomfortable. But when we got our food, I was pleasantly surprised. Portions were a little smaller than what I'm used to. But it was still very good food.

Thought his might be a pleasant hole in the wall, was very disappointed. The hot and sour soup had like a bucket of sugar poured in it with veggie pieces too big to eat with my spoon, the eggrolls were meh, and the two main dishes we tried were awful! The broccoli in the broccoli beef tasted like mold and the King pao chicken sauce was entirely chili past flavor. I would never recommend this place.
