Mcdonald's

Customer service is really picked up here lately at this McDonald's this McDonald's very polite studious young people Rene though the veteran of the place is really the reason I go customer service from her is excellent she makes the store. Lately there's been new management I'm happy with it they do a great job. This is my favorite McDonald's. Today I went through the drive-through and I had realized that I forgot my card they gave me my drinks thanks and I thought that was really really kind really really kind I like that thank you McDonald's!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This store just opened and I walk past everyday on way to work. The past 2 days this store has not been open unless u have a car and can go thru drive thru. That's absolutely Ludacris. Some people don't have vehicles and some just like to walk. Either way I'm gunna bet that since the day mcdonalds opened their first doors that walk-ins have been a large part of their business so you would think they would continue to encourage those customers to come in. I however won't b one of them I'll take my business to a restaurant I can walk into if I desire despite having to pay more money. Bad mcdonalds shame on u!!!!

An updated remodel at this location. The seating area is smaller as drive thru is now the most popular way of ordering food and counter service and indoor amenities such as a self serve drink station are gone. Thanks to the demand for higher wages , many new chain fast food are reducing their dine in area and staff.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went into this location and stood at the counter for atleast 5 minutes. I saw the lady sweeping in the back so I asked if she could take my order. She had a complete freak out and says "can't you see the kiosk"! I told her I'd like my order taken and she had a complete melt down, she screamed for me to leave if i wasnt willing to use the kiosk!! This is no way to treat anyone let alone a paying customer. Put the broom down and help the customer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. McDonalds is supposed to be a family friendly environment. I will never be back. And I recommend you don't either!!!!
