Blimpie

Bryan and Sarah are the reason I love Blimpies! I eat there twice a week and I always ask them to make me whatever they would have and I've never been disappointed. Great customer service and great sandwhiches! I literally drove from Meridian to this location for my 3 foot sub for Super Bowl because I wanted to share how awesome they are with my family. Everybody loved it!

UPDATED REVIEW: So, after emailing the franchise owner and speaking at length, I was brought to realize that the individual I spoke with on the phone was not a manager, just a teenager trying to say whatever he could to get me off the phone. Long story short, I spoke with the real manager who investigated the overcharges, explained how they happened, and graciously compensated me for them. With the issue resolved I feel much better about the location and would now reccomend it. There is a lot to unpack here so check out my video review (link pending) for more detail. TL;DR - The manager remedied the situation. Furthermore, I hope that the franchise owner knows he is extremely lucky to have such a good manager. Original Review: Over Chagred Twice (managment didn't care): I have been to this location twice now, and I won't give a 3rd chance. The first time the lady was fairly rude, and I was pretty sure I was over charged. I went in the second time today and the gentleman there was friendly, but he both screwed up my sandwich and also over charged me. The sandwich is on me partially; it wasn't toasted, and I didn't noticed while I was there so that's on me. The main reason I will not go back is because I have been over chaged twice, which is a really worrying trend. I thought maybe Blimpies just raised there prices, but tonight I went to their online ordering system and ordered the exact same sandwich, the total was $10.58 (after tax) which is what I usually pay. This location charged me $14. Where the extra $3.50 went I have no idea, but I will never be back. I called to ask about it and the employee simply said "yeah we have some not so honest employees here." Lol wow, not going back.
