The manager here awesome The staff at this McDonald's awesome Yes it takes a little bit longer to get your hamburger than usual then when I'm used to with McDonald's and that's probably due in part by the labor shortage that's going on right now but this is a great place to go this is a great McDonald's most of them are really great McDonald's but the one in Nampa on 12th Avenue stay away from. They are rude and they are rude. Oh and they don't take cash after a certain time only debit card or Visa weird

Ordered from this location about a week ago. Got two Big Macs and when I received them, there was no meat on them at all. I called them to explain what happened and the Manger was very nice and apologetic. She mentioned there was someone training and it was an honest mistake. Just told me to go back in whenever I could to grab replacements. Fast forward to right now, I went through the drive through and explained the situation. I accidentally said "two mcdoubles" at first but immediately corrected myself and said "sorry I meant Big Macs". And the lady acknowledged my correction. I got to the window and someone handed me a bag and said "here are your McDoubles". I stated again, "no they were Big Mac's". And she takes the bag back. The lady grabs her manager and he comes up to the window irritated and asks "what's going on man" to which I again explained the situation. He told me to park and he will get me the correct order. Right after I parked they had another worker come back out to me with the SAME EXACT BAG I GAVE BACK TO THEM, and said "have a great day".

We went late nite for a quick munch. Got a couple of chicken sandwiches and some fries. I order my fries with no salt so I kno that they will always be made fresh. They weren't made fresh . They had no salt but tasted old. The service was fast nd the food was hot . But old fries killed it. It's one of not many places that is open late so we will go back. Prices are reasonable considering it's convenient.

Blacklisting this location from my fast food restaurant list. I was a loyal customer 3-4 times per week, same time every morning, same order, hoping the consistency would make things somewhat easier, but the team here is terribly disorganized and inefficient. 70% of the time I am asked to park, with half of those times having an empty drive-thru behind me the entire time I am parked. This time I was parked along with three other cars, and several AFTER I was parked. I watched 8 parked cars get served their orders, and I counted 23 other cars go through the drive-thru lane and getting their orders without parking. I think I am a pretty patient and understanding person (also taking into account the staffing shortages right now). I waited 30 minutes, and during that time I had three wrong orders attempted to be given to me, once by a shift leader employee, with not apologies or explanation of what was going on. At the 30 minute mark, 15 minutes after they tried to give me another wrong order, I cut my losses and left without my food. Everyone I know and meet will get to hear about how bad this location is and hopefully I can slander them enough that they can do better for those that will still go there, but it would be better for everyone I know to patron the competition in the area for a more consistent experience without the frustrations of this mcdonalds location.
