Came in to pick up two one item deliveries for Uber Eats. Was told to wait while she helped customers who continued to walk in. She was about to make my order and a gentleman came in needing a cake that had been pre-ordered but not made. So she was gonna take another 20-30 minutes after letting me know she was going to help him first. Would have taken her less than 5 minutes to make the orders. I'm there as a customer and waited in line, as a customer. One of my customers even contacted me asking why I was there so long and attempted to call the store but the gal did not answer. Very poor customer service.

Avoid this location if you care about worker’s treatment. An employee with glasses, most likely a member of management from the way she was acting, was rudely shouting at her other employees during a rush. Most of the employees appear to be very young, so this behavior was very weird to watch. Nobody wants to see a grown woman verbally assaulting young girls while they’re attempting to enjoy their dessert in a family-friendly establishment. Yummy flavors though!

terrible! Have enjoyed their ice cream in the past however not any more. Ordered 1 quart and 4 Pints on 5/1/2021 spent $34.40 they did not fill the containers!!! all the pints had one scoop in them and the quart was less then half. But did not know this because we trusted them to do it correctly, my BIG Mistake won't ever do that again. The young girl stated it was her first time to fill an order, I still did not think she would not fill the container. If she was in training no one was helping her or watching over her. I called and let them know on the very next day, another girl told me she would get a hold of her manager and have her call me. Michelle called me and we spoke briefly once and left voice message on Monday. She also stated she would get back to me, today is Thursday still waiting to get a refund or the complete order I paid for. Poor product, poor service and poor response from an manager, or should I say ZERO service!!!!! Very Disappointed
