If you’re awake early enough for a great coffee in a well-priced, quaint, and comfortable space, Moss is my first pick. Excellent coffee, friendly employee, and a quiet little shop. A hidden gem on 9th.

Moss Coffee & Tea is an awesome spot! I work nearby and had never gone in for a cup until today, but I had a wonderful experience. Service was speedy, the price was excellent and the barista was truly a delight! Most importantly I would guess for a coffee shop, the coffee was phenomenal! I ordered my favorite drink and they absolutely nailed it! Big recommendation here!

been here many times for tea and food, and never been disappointed. the drinks are great, (and wonderfully inexpensive) the food is great (love me some pumpkin bread) and the two people i've met there are so warm and kind you'll easily forget you haven't known them for years.
it's a small, sweet, local business with great food and drink and excellent service. what more could you ask for?

Tasmin and Zack always brighten up my day, and their tea lattes are the perfect little pick me up when coffee feels a bit too strong. I recommend getting a Lapsang Souchong au lait if you’re feeling nostalgic for an evening around a cozy campfire!

I was here a week ago when I was visiting friends in Boise, I popped in to grab a white Chocolate/Vanilla Latte 😋😋!! I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the sweetest, informative, and (if I may add) handsome ☺️ Barista‘s I’ve ever had the privilege to meet! After a few good minutes I learn that (Ben) is also from Phoenix, Arizona and recently laid down roots in Boise 👍🏾 When you visit Moss, look for Ben.. he’ll be the one greeting you with the radiant smile and handing you the BEST cup of Joe you’ll find in the Gem State 😉!!

The coffee here is soo good! Perfect treat to grab before touring down Freak Alley since they are right next door! Barista was very humble and made great conversation.
