The Bar

The Street Bar is a wonderful bar in Back Bay to stop off at for a drink. The library (hotel guests only) in the back is especially comfy with friends and loved ones. We had cocktails and a lemon cheesecake. Cheesecake was a 3/5 due to the crust but quite flavorful. The cocktails were awesome. Claudia, the server, was awesome! Marathon runner and attentive. Gave me a ton of laksana cherries (which I love). Definitely check it out for drinks and bar snacks!

Friends and I enjoyed amazing service and classic cocktails at the Street Bar on October 21, 2023. The bar is warm and inviting. The staff tremendously professional and responsive to requests for things not on the menu. Nothing short of what I would expect for a leading hotel of the world. I would recommend and will definitely visit again when in Boston.

The Street Bar is one of my absolute favorite places to casually dine at or have a drink at in Boston. We've visited here a number of times over the years, but I haven't been back since the place was renovated. It's still as beautiful and swanky as ever! I couldn't recommend The Street Bar highly enough if you're in the area. The perfect place to meet a colleague or have a date night.

Nice, classy ambiance. Truly the staff was SO kind and professional, they really set an excellent standard. The dessert was so-so, texture was a little grainy for a cheesecake, but the drinks were perfect. Pigs in a Blanket were great, and the burger was also really nicely done. The bar manager, Eric, was incredibly kind and even let us sample a special drink. Highly recommend The Street Bar & can’t wait to be back with friends!

Best classy bar experience I had in Boston. My friend and I stumbled upon this place while looking for a place to drink on a Friday night. We did have to wait for about 20 minutes but were fortunate to get seated in their library room section which had an impeccable vibe. Along with some cocktails, we got the half dozen oysters and pigs in a blanket. Both the Newbury 75 and old fashioned cocktails were solid, and they paired well with the salty and savory complimentary bar snacks. The real highlight was their food. We weren't expecting much from their kitchen, but everything we ordered was amazing. Sprinkled with light red wine mignonette, the oysters were very refreshing, and the puff pastry and wagyu beef sausage combo was also memorable. Our server was also very personable, and the service throughout the evening was flawless. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for an upscale bar experience.

Some of the best lobster chowder I’ve ever had!! The burger was fantastic, too. Was hoping to really knock the experience out of the park by ordering the hot fudge sundae we saw go by our table a few times and I’m sad to report it’s a total skip. Great service, ambiance, and space for drinks and food - but when you’re ready for dessert head somewhere else nearby 😄
