Had a fantastic experience at this place! The chipotle chicken taco was delightfully spicy, the carnitas were my absolute favorite - so flavorful, and the ground beef was simply good. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I regularly come here and get three bean and rice tacos (vegetarian, even the beans). They're always great. The tacos are structurally sound, unlike a lot of other places with weak corn tortillas. This is one of my favorite taco places in the US as a vegetarian.

This place made my belly full and happy. As a tired weary tourist, it was calm, quiet indoor seating, delicious delicious Mexican food, I had the chipotle chicken tacos and homemade lemonade. I love this place and will definitely go back to escape the rain and the crowds and enjoy lunch or dinner.

My best friend and I ALWAYS go here when we’re super hungry and just trying to eat something good and fast. The quality of the food and amazing and honestly it’s one of the most affordable places in boston to go out to. Inside it’s pretty small so sometimes there’s nowhere to sit, but it’s honestly just much better to grab it to go. They’re also super nice! Great for college students.

I moved from New Mexico almost two years ago at this point and hadn't found a single Mexican restaurant that was good. These guys are AMAZING.
This is most certainly one of the best restaurants that you can go to in Boston. Hands down. Don't let the looks fool you. It's a humble shop, but the best Mexican food in state, no contest.
I recommend the carnitas tacos. Though everything there is worthwhile.

Nice little quick taco bite place. Staff was super nice. Service was quick. Place was clean enough. No complaints really. Food was delicious, I had the carnitas taco plate. Would come back again. Prices were fair

Wow! This place is amazing. I was staying nearby and thought the food sounded good so ran over to get some carry out. I kid you not, this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I ordered carnitas taco and steak nachos. Everything was amazing but the steak nachos are the best nachos I’ve ever had. I wish I lived closer to here as I would be coming here regularly.

Pretty good, hits the spot.
Got the carnitas bowl, and it was enough for two meals.
The tables are kinda sticky, and there are no restrooms. However, Maria's does the job. It has a very mom and pop feel to it, so I am happy supporting a family business.

Great! Burritos were not enormous but definitely reasonable. Great for the price. Very flavorful, especially the carnitas. The quesadilla was gorgeous. Was trying to choose between this place and el jefe's - went here and was definitely not disappointed. They're the same price by the way - both around $10 for a burrito.

Had a craving for some tacos a while. Definitely left satisfied. The place is not too inviting but don't let that put you off!
