Toasted Flats

I found this place by sheer luck. We had arrived at BOS airport and were on the way to NH but wanted to stop by somewhere for a quick bite. I searched Google and this place popped up. Great reviews, otw to our destination, so it made sense to stop by and give it a try. Their sandwiches were delicious! And they catered to my gluten allergy. They have very tasty GF tortillas in which they wrap up their sandwiches. My parents had Mediterranean chicken and I had tuna. Both sandwiches A+! We loved the food so much, we stopped by again on our way back to the airport the last day of our trip. BTW There's no place to sit inside. It's a grab and go kind of a joint so keep that in mind.

The other day I had the Bom Dia flatbread breakfast sandwich with fresh eggs, avocado, tomato and sriracha - and maybe some other things - but I got it without cheese. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is that it is a bit pricey. But the quality of the food and the service is top-notch.

I so rarely post a review, but Toasted Flats was so incredibly delicious. We got off a flight having barely eaten for hours and having seen the reviews, I knew we should come here. The staff was lovely, my husband was pleased with the array of coffee options, and the SANDWICHES! Caprese flat for me, Chicken pesto for him. So toasty, so melty, the pita they use for bread is perfectly fluffy but also has a bit of toasted crunch, the pesto is incredible, the micro greens make everything feel so fresh… 10/10 sandwich. Be careful eating, the oil will drip from the foil wrapping, but it was amazing.

Little shop at the corner with great service and delicious flats! It is great for on the way out or into the airport. One can order from the airport or after getting the rental car, then drive over to the store to pick up the order. We stopped in at 7AM for breakfast after we got off the flight. We ordered online and found street parking near the store. When the order was ready, one would receive a text. The store doesn’t have table and chair so we ate in the car. The employees were super nice and accommodating on our order. We didn’t wait for the order ready text and just stopped in. We didn’t mind to wait but they hurrily prepared our order! The flat bread was toasted with meats or vegetables in the middle. Since the flat bread was toasted, it was soft yet crispy and warm. Yummy! Highly recommended!!!

love love love this spot. it’s a cute tiny shop, tucked on a corner. drive slow so you don’t miss them. the employees are super sweet and kind. they made my son his own fresh squeezed apple juice, which he LOVED! this is our spot year round but especially in the summer because we’re outside more often and they’re right next to a nice park. if you enjoy tuna their tuna melt is DELICIOUS. every bite is just flavorful. you can tell they take their time putting together these recipes and making them. the ingredients are also super fresh. we love their pickles. maybe one day they’ll have a dine in restaurant. wishing that for them.
