Williams Fresh Cafe

This is one of the best places to get coffee and all of Branford. I find it's better quality than Tim Hortons and Starbucks. You may have to pay a little more but it's worth it. Also they have indoor dining and outdoor dining available to all customers. The food is really excellent and not your standard processed corporate food it tastes fresh. In the ambulance inside is nice I recommend this place

Went through the drive through in September 2019. They were very accommodating with my meal choice. They do promote that they are a "Fresh" cafe and I had a nice chat with the drive through girl who was also the manager (I believe). Very nice person. My sandwich was tasty and beverage fine. I would go back if passing that way again.

Very dissatisfied, got a small latte and a club sandwich and paid over $20 which is fine if the quality was there. The latte was SOUR it was made with almond milk which isn’t a sweet substitute like coconut milk would be. I took a sip and was disgusted and my friend also took one and felt the same, i mentioned it to the worker and she told me to stir it more which i did and the taste was the exact same she told me “yeah most people don’t like it with almond milk but we can’t take something back just because you don’t like it” i said “even if it tastes abnormal like sour?” and she said “yeah.” not great service as any other place would do the BARE MINIMUM and apologize. Not an apology, not an offer to remake the drink or try something else considering i paid $6 for the latte it was irritating. I then tried the sandwhich which was subpar couldve got something with more flavour at sobeys, the bread on the inside was soggy so im assuming some sort of sauce was on one of the three pieces of bread but without looking you wouldn’t be able to tell. The coleslaw was watery and also unsatisfactory. As you can tell by the picture taken at the end of my meal i only took sips of the latte and could only stomach to eat minimal of my sandwich. All in all i genuinely hope my review helps to deter others from visiting this location, spend your money elsewhere such as coffee culture or Starbucks the quality and customer service will definitely be better.
