Taphouse 23

This is a neat place. Wide open, spacious, very high ceilings, cool architecture and decor, and all the natural light in the world. Big parking lot across the street. Food's great. Cool staff. Maybe a tad on the pricey side, but hey, livin' is fun. And they have maybe the largest TV I've ever seen in a place.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a company gathering at Taphouse23, and it turned out to be a great choice. We had the whole patio area booked, which made it easy to enjoy our time together. The service was prompt and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. What stood out to me was their thoughtfulness in providing to-go containers at the end of the meal, allowing us to take home any leftovers. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that Taphouse23 didn't have blaring music like some other bars, making conversation easy and enjoyable. Plus, the convenience of a parking lot just across the street added to the overall positive experience.

Unfortunately my first time here was for a funeral luncheon. The food was great but the service we had from Howie and Patrick was even better. They were extremely attentive and very pleasant. I was so impressed I came back the next day (today) to sit on the outside patio which is huge and beautifully done. Will definitely be back again!

My family and I visited for the first time and always talk about how we need to return ASAP! The staff, food and drinks, and the ambiance were all excellent. Although the patio windows were not open, it still felt like you were outside with the views that were given. The patio is spacious and has beautiful gas fires on some of the tables. This is a great place for large groups! Michael was our server; he was very kind, patient, and friendly. The drinks were fun to choose from and he helped us decide on some good ones (Ten7 Double Scoop Milky Milky Shakey Shakey Peach, Top of the Hill, and Axe & Arrow Sour to the People)! For food, the Shrimp Po Boy is still a sandwich that I often think about, absolutely delicious! The Crab Cake and the Chicken Pot Pie were scrumptious as well! There is plenty of street parking along with a free private parking lot. Be careful crossing the street because unfortunately, many people do not stop for pedestrians!

We celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday here and everything was perfect! Vyvy, the event coordinator, made planning our party easy and she was always prompt with communication. Michael & Tara, our servers, were extremely helpful & accommodating. They put this stressed out Mama at ease & I knew I was in great hands. All of our guests said how wonderful the service was, too. Everyone was very pleased. The food was amazing & many people also commented on how good it was. I wanted to have the party outside but was afraid it would rain. So I found Taphouse 23 and loved the big glass windows that gave the same outdoor feeling but safe in case it rained. The managers were also very friendly and accommodating. Good vibes all around! Thank you so much for making the day so easy and special for our family! We’ll definitely be back :)
