Ice cream was delicious. Service was good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The fountain drinks were a little off. Mix wasn't quite right. But, drinks were ok. Food was as expected. Very clear and presentable.

The service was excellent. Everyone who helped us was friendly, and brought us our food. He even brought us extra condiments when we asked for them. The burger that I had was easily one of the top 10 best that I have ever had. I have always loved Dairy Queen ice cream ever since I was a little kid oh, and it hasn't changed one bit. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in West Virginia.

I'm currently in the store overhearing a customer ask about the freshness of the fries where they were completely ignored anything else pretty much horrible customer service. Cotton candy blizzard is definitely not pink but it's okay could not be served the upside down at all really needs to step up their customer service skills and making the customer happy like they claim to do all of the store.

Nothing hits the stop like ice cream. Co located with a BF convenience store, fuel station and little ceasar. There was a little bit of everything. The DQ itself was clean with friendly workers, and unlike yesterday my cup did not split. It was a great quick stop that cured my sweet tooth.

Have been ordering a medium chocolate and small vanilla cone for a few days now. Same order tonight and the young lady at the drive thru handed me the cones and they were both smalls. I questioned her and she said that they must have made a medium vanilla. I simply took the cones and said nice try. Will not go back!!!! How hard would it have been to admit the mistake and either refund the difference or made the order correct!!!

Last two trips there they've tried to pawn off the wrong blizzard on us. You order it... they give you the total... you pull around... they take your money... then hand you the wrong blizzard and claim that's what you wanted.
After you tell them what you actually ordered they say "oh we don't have that". Be up front & honest and I'd order something else. Instead I'm made to pay for a blizzard and wind up with a double cost milkshake.

Don’t eat here I got really sick after eating there food they do not properly take care of there food I should have known better when I seen them heating it up in a microwave

In my opinion I think the place looks great! The place is clean and the staff is fast on there feet. Everyone is so nice there and well polite☺️. I will be coming back because their food was amazing. I come in everyday and enjoy Dairy Queen staff.. keep up the great work management
