Tudor's Biscuit World

Ok. On the road again early in the morning in W. VA...normally I wouldn't stop due to ..well it's W. VA. and the friend I knew here moved for various reasons. Anyway, my go to spot for biscuits when I'm on the road is N. Carolina's Biscuitville and anywhere in GA or down south, period. So I had to stop..well I was hungry too. First this place is in a gas station. Ok. I have had decent food at 1 other gas station. Indian food in Maryland. So.. I'm hopeful. Went to drive thru. Long line but was moving. Order takers seemed a little stressed and bored. For me that's below average customer service. Sighs are not necessary. That said, I ordered a Loaded Blackberry Biscuit, Bacon Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit and an Apple Biscuit. The biscuits were large and looked fluffy but were not done. Bacon was partially cooked, sausage not flavorful the fried apples overcooked and Blackberry Biscuit was uninspiring. I was disappointed to say the least My suggestion at this point: Don't go thru the drive thru. Order inside if you have the time. I think timing is crucial. I went inside and spoke with Assistant Manager Karen who informed me that they had a new cook who was not as attentive as they could have been. Having said that..I will try them again the next time I pass through the area to see if they have upped their game.. if I have the time

The food was greasy aspecially the biscuits, some of the food was cold( scrambled eggs) eggs from mix not real. Sausage gravy bland and gummy. Service horrible had to go to counter twice once for silverware and other time they forget my coleslaw then go it and all dried up mess. I wouldn't have given one star. Horrible

Excellent value for the money. Nice large, filling Super Breakfast with a 16oz milk was $9.29. Cooked to order and served on a divided plate with silverware. Service was fairly quick. Food was quite tasty and of good quality. Much better overall than other fast food options like McDonald’s or Burger King, albeit this place is a little more expensive. Definitely worth it though. Large variety of biscuits and combos.

Come in about 1230 for a thundering herd after waiting 20 minus. On food biscuit was cold and hard has a rock could only eat half of it come on people 20 min. On a darn biscuit when people come in say it's to go dont go giving 10 cars in drive thru their food i was there before a bunch o.f them thank you .just because we walk in dont mean were not and a worry also.

This place is a joke. They mess up my order every time and commonly sell under done biscuits. I called in an order and got there 20 min later and they said the ticket fell down but they fixed it and now I'd have to wait. While I was waiting 3 people ordered in front of me and received their food and I never got anything. The staff there is literally lacking in competence. Worst Tudors ever.
