I have a takeaway from here yesterday. It’s been a long time since no I visited. Total satisfaction for taste, presentation, quality and portion size. It’s hard to get really good fish and chips in Brigjton and this is clearly up in the top 3 in my opinion. Alas I ordered through an app so prices were artificially high as those apps load coast, but next time I’ll hope down on the bus it will be worth it. The homemade fish cakes were absolutely awesome and one is a good portion for one, but you get two! I don’t think these can be beaten they were delicious.

We very much enjoyed our commemorative lunch here remembering the many times we've visited over the years since childhood. Many of those loved ones have now gone but are still in our hearts. Our visit here was made happy by the cheerful, helpful, considerate staff. The restaurant was clean and smart. The food was excellent and traditional. The atmosphere welcoming and friendly as always. Hopefully soon my grandchildren will be with me too to visit and enjoy it. Thank you!!

This restaurant was recommended by a kind young social Whittard saleswoman and we were glad we followed her recommendation. Delicious fish & chips! Staff had quite a busy evening but they did very well to check at our table now and then. We ordered the normal size dishes. Be aware though that a large dish is really big and way too much for one person unless you're very hungry.
