We booked for the Seafood Buffet on a Friday night. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to our table setting. We were a little close to our neighbours which was a tad awkward but thankfully the only bad point of the night. The food was lovely and fresh with a great selection. The seafood was so great, Bugs, prawns, mussels and oysters. Staff were friendly and overall the whole experience was positive. Quite expensive, so I did expect good food and I'm pleased to say it was terrific and we will be back.

We use to come here all the time a couple years back. Went here for mothers day dinner and disappointed. The variety of food apart from the seafood is sub par. Not a lot of options, like 7 dishes to choose from all together. The seafood itself wasn’t even that good. Oyster were small and we got the hot fish and it was extremely strong in taste. The best thing here was probably the bread. Probably not gonna come back anytime soon.

Suzette was one the most expensive buffet restaurants I have visited, the variety of seafood was poor no bugs, crabs etc. A soggy seafood salad. A limited variety of cold meats and the salads were plain, no better than a salad kit from coles. The Stamford is better value for money, the food needs to be taken to another level and it wasn't. Double-check via phone if you have made an online reservation as they could not find mine on the night. Get your act together Sofitel, sadly I wont be visiting again for a special occasion. Don't waste your money!

Friday Night Seafood Buffet our first since Covid 19 changed our habits. Name Change from Thyme to Suzzette? Guess there was a good reason but the ambience and food presentaion and quality are still great. Seafood was as expected fresh & flavoursome as usual. If i had one small not so good comment it would be no crab was presented at all which seems strange for a queensland Seafood Buffet. This remains our favourite seafood reastaurant with a great buffet option.
