Little Red Dumpling West End

What a great little local find! The dumplings here are prepared daily inhouse , by hand from locally sourced ingredients. The atmosphere is chillaxed and buzzing at the same time. The food is delicious. The staff were friendly and the service is quick. The scan QR code ordering system is great and easy to use. The plates came out quickly and their chicken and cabbage dumplings, chicken and prawn dumplings and Dumplings in Sweet Soy Chili Sauce were tasty!!!! 🥟

Ordered the beef noodle soup (requested for less spicy) , boiled chicken and prawn dumplings and the fried chicken bao buns. Food came out quickly and everything was good and we were not disappointed in any of it. The only thing I would suggest for improvement will be the air-conditioning. It was such a hot summers day and the restaurant wasn't cooling enough I was sweating throughout lunch.

Well, I used to work at this restaurant. But I was a customer in this time. The service was terrible because they did not provide water for me. That failed the basic service for customers. This was also rude and one of waiters’ attitude was negative and impatient when I checked the bill. What an unhappy dine in experience at this place!

Dumplings were good, only soy and vinegar sauce was provided. Unfortunately 1 serve of 8 chicken and prawn dumplings arrived first and 2 serves of 8 vegetarian dumplings arrived 15 minutes later. Therefore my friend had to sit and wait while i are as their food came way before mine. Won't go back for that reason.

A group of us popped by yesterday for a takeaway lunch. Spent a fair bit of money and was pretty dissatisfied. The bao buns are terrible! A bit of chicken, iceburge lettuce and some sauce. It was extremely bland and no thought had gone into it. The prawn toast was awful, almost like claggy glue. The dumplings were average, with only two things being somewhat enjoyable. The pork and Chives pan fried dumplings and the spring rolls. I’ve come here on numerous occasions and they’ve really lost their touch the last few times I’ve come through. Sunny bank is the same too... pretty sad really!
