Meal turned up stone cold and wet, chips were dripping with water (it wasn't raining either). The burrito bowl looked like it had been ran over by a car. What's the go?

I ordered a burrito bowl with extras which is the meal that I got everyday at different guzman. however today I ordered at this one in Eagle street, I asked the cashier that I paid for extra chicken and she was nicely said I have to ask. then the girl at the line was super rude and started to yell I put the right amount !!. then started to talk bad in Spanish with the cook about me. that's its completely disrespectful even when I understand Spanish!!

Ordered here because my local didn't seem to be open. Order arrived almost completely wrong, nacho fries with no fries, all the chips we ordered came as corn chips instead. The burritos were mostly beans and rice which made them quite dry. They also came with the wrong extras (guac and sour cream came as guac and cheese). Was really disappointing compared to how consistent the Fortitude Valley store is. Uber refunded us for the chips and nacho fries.

Your "large" burritos are literally as small as a mini burrito from other franchises

Response: you may say that, but when I have a scroll through your reviews, it seems all you get are 1 star reviews. Perhaps some training from the Southbank franchise is in order, as they are fantastic and friendly

Food is amazing, personality of FOH staff is poor. Dead as a rock, slow as a snail and makes people wait 20 mins to hand over an order that’s ready behind the counter.
Love the food, hate this specific person’s attitude.

Visiting this store for the second time.
Store was quiet and they even let me charge my phone as it was dead and I had no other option to pay.
Though the gentleman at the counter didn’t know how to make an order that’s understandable as he apologised and told that he had just joined.
Plenty of space, prime location and good food( that’s GYG).

Can always count on GYG for a decent burrito. They run deals for $5 Coronas with food too. In a prime location to have some Mexican grub along the river. I'd recommend their Cali burritos (ones that have fries in them).

Updated down to 1 star. The more chances you give them the worse they get. The guy serving me had open scabs on his hands. What more do I need to say. Make sure you check your order. If anyone looks like they don’t know what they’re doing don’t bother they WILL get your order wrong. On top of that add 15 minutes to the expected wait time. Love GYG but eagle street one sorta sucks
