The Dark Chocolatier

I tried the iced 90% dark chocolate mocha and bought a few packs: dark chocolate with Inca, with macadamia, Gianduja hazelnuts and a piece of coconut rough. They were all excellent while we love the hazelnuts the most. Will save up and buy more next time we visit Brisbane. The chocolate mocha was wonderful and strong enough for me that day. Will definitely try other drinks next time.

Situated on Adelaide Street, the Noosa chocolate factory is anything but a factory! It's a tiny shop 😀 The first shop though only stocked the chocolates so the friendly staff directed me to the other shop which was also quite small. Luckily he told me it was 7 shops down and I kept count else I would have missed it! The hot chocolate is made from #Gluten Free real chocolate so no awful powdery taste and lumps. You can choose white, milk or dark and different percentages of dark which is awesome. You can also choose from a range of non dairy milks and skim or full fat dairy milk. While waiting you can browse the awesome selection of chocolates most of which are #Gluten Free I was told.They served the hot chocolate with 2 pieces of salted caramel brittle which was amazing! Perfect accompaniment to the hot chocolate! I walked 4km for that hot chocolate but it was worth it! 😋

Whenever I visit Brisbane, I stop here to pick up a variety of chocolate - the selection is always impressive and the hot chocolates are very tasty. I only had a short time to visit on a recent trip so arrived promptly upon the store opening at 7am and was able to purchase a good amount of items. Luckily they were all able to fit into my bag for the flight! The staff were, as always, very friendly too.
