Max Brenner Chocolate Bar

I've never been to max Brenner before and this is my first time here. Chocolate is the name of the game and you'll get your usual fare all things chocolate. Fondue. Waffles, pancakes, cakes, fudge, ice cream. I ordered the Waffles and found nothing special to it. The Waffles are not freshly made and the ice cream tastes a little too creamy. The chocolate sauce however is rich. If you're the sort who loves milk chocolate, this place is for you. The one thing I found awesome was the mocha with dark chocolate. 6 bucks per serve is not friendly to the wallet. But it is really that good. Hot chocolate with milk chocolate was too sweet.

Called in for a chocolate fondue for two. Staff were lovely. Fondue servings were more than the two of us could eat! Fresh strawberries were wonderful along with the banana slices. Marshmallows and bananas loaf are decadent serve in melted chocolate. Absolutely loved sitting outside enjoying our treat.

Very disappointed yesterday. It wasn't particularly busy at 2 pm and had a granddaughter 4 years old and very hungry. Two staff members only on the shift and were as slow as. I had to ask them at one point was the order going to be much longer. They didn't seam to be in any hurry even then to get orders to the tables. My coffee arrived first and was Luke warm. I asked if they would microwave it when other things came to the table. A milk shake came last. How hard is to make a milkshake? The chocolate desserts were nice but honestly if I hadn't payed up front I would have walked out.

Fantastic Service!!! A lovely supervisor named Jess was very helpful and served me with a smile despite the clear busy situation the staff were in. I admire people like this that will still take the time to ensure that every customer is happy. She is clearly devoted to her work! Great stuff from Max Brenner! Food and Hot Chocolate was delicious too! :)
