I could start and end this review with "I've paid half the price for a better experience" but I feel like that kind of review does not really do how I feel about this place justice. To start with the setting of this café what a select few might call rustic but I think that lazy is a better description. The positioning of the seating arrangement is cramped and awkward and felt more like my neighbours messy back veranda rather than a café. The coffee also left something to be desired. The coffee blend is nothing to rave about and I felt like if they are to use a blend like that in an ice coffee that they should make it somewhat special. It's definitely not worth the $6.50 price tag. I was also appauled to see the lady hand us an iced mocha that had absolutely zero care put into its creation. My girlfriend spent a good 5-10 minutes desperately trying to mix the chocolate syrup into the drink with her straw (it was sadly caked to the side and bottom of the cup). The service, like the coffee, was particularly bland. The lady who served and made our coffee looked miserable and clearly had no passion or enthusiasm for her job. That Of course isn't a problem in itself, but showcasing that attitude to a customer does nothing but make them uncomfortable. The other two staff on shift also made no effort to help the poor lady and were quite happy to sit at the back of the store having a chat. I don't think I would ever come back here again, unless there was some kind of major design and management overhaul. If you are looking for great service and a great dealt this is definitely not the coffee shop for you. Not today anyway.

Came here for a $7 three-cheese toasted sandwich which I had takeaway. Very disappointing. All the cheese must have run out when it was in the press because there wasn't any in my actual sandwich, the only real cheese was crusted to the outside (see pic). The bread was hard and chewy along the edges so it was difficult to even take a bite. I chose here because $7 was a reasonable price for a three-cheese sandwich but I feel ripped off for receiving what was essentially two pieces of bread. Can't speak to the service or coffee but if it's a sandwich you're after, keep walking.

We were instantly drawn to this place this morning because of the gorgeous planter boxes 📦 of REAL plants 🌱 and of course the sheep 🐑 our the front. Barista was cute, friendly & offered quick service - bonus. Highly recommend the toasted banana 🍌 bread and my niece loved the apricot balls. Would have ranked you higher if you reduced your plastic usage, otherwise a really lovely coffee ☕️ with the kids after a swim. Will be back.

Went to order a coffee at 2:55pm today and as the lady handed the two people in front of us coffee, finished by saying 'and done!'. So clearly was happy to knock off and finish for the day. I just stood there and she looked at me. I'm like you're obviously finished.... As I said politely it's all good we will go somewhere else she continued to say I'm happy to help though. Clearly not. I never write reviews nor complain about restaurants as I understand at times things can go wrong. This lady was rude and clearly not willing to offer a good service.

Terrible The obnoxious old blonde woman working in this dive hole is running this place into the ground. After cracking it when our toddler dared to go near the mascot sheep at the front of the store, she disappeared down an alley way to smoke leaving the store unattended and bemused customers walking away. After serving a young family a milkshake in front of us, our toddler decided he wanted a milkshake too. When we ordered the exact same milkshake she had just made, she refused our order and said she was only doing coffee now. This was despite the family drinking the milkshake right in front of us. My toddler couldn't understand why the boy in front of him had a milkshake and he didn't. Nor could we. So we wandered down the street and found no shortage of establishments willing to serve us a milkshake. We enjoyed our dessert beverage at nearby Nitrogenie where a young girl served us with delight and enthusiasm and heaven forbid, actually just did her job. We then returned to finish our chocolate milkshake in front of the aforementioned obnoxious women and politely informed her we would review her work on Google. Her performance was completely unacceptable and we will not spend a cent in that store until she is removed.
