Fast and professional service, nice coffee drinks. It's near the elevator, so it's convenient for you to just grab a coffee and go, but maybe you don't want to sit in the middle of the shopping centre.

The coffee was good; the same with the custard tart; both at reasonable prices. The Grande size was good value. The staff were somewhat dismissive rather than friendly. Felt like I was interrupting their day. Someone has to work on a Sunday.

A classic Zarraffa's in a busy location. Quite a quick service and polite staff. Great sellection of tea and coffee for a reasonable price. There is always something to bite as well. Sometimes this place gets a bit busy but never overcrowded with no wait at all. Perfect for a quick visit.

As per the Zarraffa's brand - this Toowong branch has exceptional coffee that is made perfectly as ordered by the costumer.
On occasion, the service can be slow but this is excused as they are more than likely very busy and the quality makes up for any lost time.
The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, with no issue in making conversation to shop regulars.
My only complaint is that a few times when I have visited they have not had soy milk which is unfortunate.
Overall, a good experience.

Average experience. Coffee could be much better and the selection of foods does not excite me. The place is small, always very busy but the staff working there are always friendly and kind, this is why I rate this place an average score overall. Will only use in case of emergency.

Really good coffee, but the vegan blueberry and banana muffin I had was not good at all. Very, very dry. Recipe needs more oil and banana to add moisture. I was not able to finish it.

It’s a franchise. The coffee is always consistently good. However, the tables are always dirty. It’s like the staff don’t care about their customers’ seating area. Better to get a take away and sit at the food court.

the white chocolate mocha, it's probably 300 calories per sip but so very delicious. staff are cool and there's a fair amount of tables. it's in an open space in the middle of the shopping centre.
