Domino's Pizza Taringa

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Order delivered over an hour after placed. Had to call to ask what was going on. Zero contact from Dominos staff. Website update system is junk. Staff at Taringa store is useless. This is not the first time but will be the last. Orders are always either late or wrong. The supreme was burned and had maybe 4 pieces of mushroom on it. The "loaded" pepperoni had very little sauce on it, and about 20% of the cheese it should have. The other two pizzas were average at best. The worst pizza order we ever had! It’s a dominos. Busy, hot - sometimes they get your order wrong. Sometimes they’re late to make their pizza. But there is one thing Taringa dominos does better than any other pizza store I’ve eaten at. Pepperoni pizza. Their pepperoni pizza is the best in Australia, matched only by the classiest of New York style pizzas. For $8 you can get a large pepperoni pizza with perfect crust, spices, aroma and cheese. Absolutely sensational. Don’t miss this pizza folks. Easy 5 stars

Ordered in store. The order was taken by a young lad with a bike helmet on which was sooo dirty. He advised it would take 10 min, I sat in my car. Went in to collect my pizza's and waited and waited, I then ask how much longer my food would be to be told there was no order there. I had paid and received no receipt. Went through the hassle of ordering again and waited in store. While I was in store I noticed the stools where still up on the bar and might I add someone should clean the legs of these stools I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The floor in the waiting area was covered in dirt and the windows were splattered with stuff. Neither have been cleaned for some me time. Not a very comfortable feeling when you are ordering food to see so much dirt in the customers area. Thank goodness they are pizza's and the heat from the oven should kill anything unsavoury,. I will not be ordering anything from Taringa again.

Gave me the wrong order and when I called to let them know, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then spoken to very rudely by the staff as if I was burdening them for calling. I was completely understanding of the fact that they were busy and mistakes happen but I did not appreciate the poor customer service.

Thought we'd have a night off and get pizza in. Although it turned up on time and everything we ordered was there it was awful quality. Our pizzas had barely any toppings, for example our Meatlovers pizza was pretty much a plain cheese base with no sauce and maybe 5 bits of bacon and our normal garlic bread was cold, we got the Vegorama pizza and its meant to have feta, we did not see one bit of feta. Our fire breather pizza and cheesy garlic bread were the only ones that i would expect as 'average'. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again. Not happy.
