Went there today 21/04/2020 for the first time, the girl working was very kind & helpful from greeting/ordering/preparing and farewelling. So my experience on customer service is 10/10. On the food and drink, I purchased a passion fruit kiss bowl and a green cleanse juice and everything from the presentation of the bowl to the taste of everything was spot on! The girl recommended using the cinnamon bliss for the bowl and it was the perfect combo. I was hesitant about the ginger in the juice been too over powering but the girl understood my concern and only put a little in - it wasn't too little and it wasn't too much so it was perfect! Ordered a large Banana smash smoothie with raspberries and blueberries. The smoothie taste resembled watered down milk. Feel completely ripped off. Could not taste any bananas or berries. I live on oxford and cannot recommend this place. Didn’t give it a 1 star as the young fella who served me gave good customer service.

Their juices are really great however a few months back I ordered a banana smoothie and it tasted of rancid banana...when I got home I opened the lid and saw there was black banana pieces floating in it. It was disgusting. Another time I ordered a ‘fairy floss’ drink for my son - tasted nothing like dragon fruit or fairy floss which it was advertised to have, was also really watered down. The last time I went I ordered a coconut ‘rafaelo’ ball which tasted so bad I chucked it out ...it was mostly solidified coconut oil with some other powder. The taste was nothing - NOTHING Like rafaelo so why call it that? The only thing I can safely order here now is coffee and plain juice, Staff are quite friendly too
