The service was good but could have been a little more attentive but overall great dining experience. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious. I have been there before and I have never had an issue with the quality or th portions of food reasonably priced but definitely worth it. I have no issue recommending The Ox

Stopped in for lunch. Had the lunch special of Chicken Snitzel upgraded for $2 extra to a Chicken Parmy which cost $17. The lady who served us was lovely. I made a comment about the biscuit recipe on the paper our garlic bread was served on and she came back later with a clean piece of the paper with the recipe for me. Meal was a nice size and the chips were lovely and hot. My Chicken was acceptable but the salad was yuk. It wasn't dressed properly but it was also old and even had slimy pieces in there. The piece of tomato was not fresh. This salad had been sitting in the fridge for way too long.

Never do ratings. this is the first time. I must say Kimberly is great! Customer Service is 5 star. She's got the best of sense of humour! I'm ver happy with Steak Sandwich. My husband ordered Beef Brisket which Kimberly recommend and it was so Yummy! Beef was cooked to perfection! I asked Kimberly when she's working again and will come back again.

Service was rubbish, waited over an hour for food because they prioritise UberEats orders. Got a refund and left. Will never return and don’t recommend at all. No compensation at all. Appalling management. Edit: contacted the manager and he sorted us out with a voucher for our dinner. Great that they made an effort to make amends. Cheers to Patrick for the service!

Pricing is modest however our kids meal came out 15 minutes after everyone else at the table had been served (ordered same time) and several other orders at our table were also mixed up (as well as prompting if other people food was for our table, on numerous occasions). Spaghetti seafood was delicous and a generous portion but only positive of the experience
