Subway

Just wanted to share that your worker, Maddie, who worked the past Saturday, is amazing! When I arrived, the door was locked, she opened it for me and said they'd closed due to no bread but that some would be ready soon. She was young and run off her feet as the only worker but was happy and pleasant despite looking a little stressed! She had menulog orders coming through (about 6 in the time I was ordering) and another five it seemed that printed out. All the while, she was friendly and calm (might not have felt it on the inside!) but she was an absolute gun. Just wanted to pass on the positive review for her as she deserves a big thank you and congratulations for running the store by herself on what seemed to be a very busy day! :) Thanks Mads!

I am editing my review because of a really poor experience here recently. What was previously a 5 star review has been reduced to 2 stars. We had put in an app order at this store. Not only was our order not ready at the time they stated for pickup (they had not even started making our order when we arrived), when we had gotten our order 4 out of 5 items were incorrect. The incorrect cookies given, missing cheese in 2 X wraps and unwanted pickles in a sub. Extremely disappointed and when we put in a customer complaint we simply received a generic response from the company and store owner. We will not be returning here again.

All I can say about franchise places is you know what to expect. Subway being one of the more healthy ones if you use commonsense. But I find that they will pile on the lettuce,(cheap ingredient) and you have to ask them for more of everything else. Like 10 pieces of grated carrot on a half sub? Slightly stingy I think.

Amazing customer service, the staff are very polite, and give detailed effort on the service. The cleanliness is very well maintained and always positive attitude when it comes to customer service, good at suggesting new products to try, they cater the products accordingly, very happy for the service they provide. Will always recommend people to go for lunch and for amazing customer service. I am happy I have a such good subway near my workplace. I am a quite usual regular customer, they make sure your order is right everytime you visit. They always give their best in terms of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Thanks for the service.
