I’m sure the girls are nice but there is a culture at this maccas that needs to be addressed by head office. Sorry about the pun “flood current staff out and bring on new staff”. Better still, close the store down…
To add to the current bad reviews for the staff at this maccas -
Ice drinks are luke warm, like tap water.
Fries always soggy and cold, like my wet socks after footy training.
If the nuggets were any harder and tasty Id be a rich person. Large Fries are half filled…
Future employers…red flag anyone that has “worked at Rocklea Macca” on their resume. *suggestion only* but give them a go if you think they may have changed. Good luck!

Normally I don't have an issue with this McDonald's... however I do have an issue with not communicating properly. To order something, PAY for it and then find out they can't give you what you ordered? That doesn't fly with me. It doesn't matter if it's $1 or $20, it's not about the product. It's the fact that they didn't communicate BEFORE I PAID that they couldn't serve the product. Know what you can serve before taking orders. It's simple customer service. Will I come back? Don't know.

Krystal, assistant manager, went above and beyond. Came to the playground to let us know our burgers were ready, as we were outside with the kids. Helped carry the food to the table and was exceptional. Even gave the kids some card game to play. Playground was pretty good.

I did not think the chicken deluxe was very deluxe. Yes it has chicken lettuce tomatoes and cheese an sauce but if u buy a burger at a fish and chip takeaway place deluxe is the works egg beetroot onions etc and very much cheaper.

The service here has all but been removed with the automation of ordering, however it would be nice if the staff actually spoke to you upon collection rather than just yelled an order number and left food on the counter.
