Once delivery completed and As usual
We Wrong pizza delivered!
I try nearly 1 hr to contact store as well as customer care centre but NO LUCK!
I choose delivery due to of course STATE OF ORIGIN MATCH!
My one of pizza was CHICKEN but was missing! So other customer received my pizza and I got there pizza so ultimately two customer affected!
ITS A REQUEST ! Is it possible AREA MANAGER look after store complaint! Because store Manager DON’T CARE
We are busy due to STATE OF ORIGIN please don’t use this excuse!
Hope PIZZA HUT know what is customer care!

Pizza was terrible, uncooked, waited awhile on phone with no response. Gave us the wrong pizza, wasnt cut. Had a hershys cookie which felt like it was microwaved for 10 seconds, cold and soggy, def dont go there agian.

We ordered the 2+2 deal for my wifes birthday, she loves her spicy vegetarian. I placed our order, payment taken from my account but no pizzas delivered. When I tried to track the order it said they were closed. I tried calling 2 different phone numbers but unavailable. Not impressed and will be following this up.

This has been our default pizza shop for about 7 years (pick up only) pizza toppings have always been generous. Pizza's cooked promptly. We recently had Pizza's else where and realised how much we loved our local... Thank you of years of great service and Pizza's..

Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 with a gluten free option due to someone having a severe gluten allergy. Got the order delivered through Uber eats and it got to us fine but was annoyed to find a hand written note on the box saying gluten free base not available. Why have the option then? Or if you see the order and it's not available why not call to ask if it can be substituted. Tried calling and just got a call centre who said contact uber eats, which I have but I think the store need to work on their communication with customers. Will not be back.
