Bought whole roast chook tonight for dinner. 35 minutes later at home I opened the bag - Smell was so bad I’ve wrapped it up to take back tomorrow. Salmonella without doubt.
Sorry guys. You’ve lost me that’s an absolute disaster. The chips were 4/5 ok.

Had lunch here today, fast friendly service from the staff ar this location. The restaurant is clean and is an easy to access location right of the main road. The drive through accommodates a trade Ute quite easy. I still love the new menue at Reds and the new branding. The reds box is my favourite dish at the moment. Keep it up red rooster.

Went to order, only to be told the manager didn't order fried chicken and rooster rolls. Sat down at the least dirty table, only to stand up again shortly after as cockroaches, Yes plural, were taking over the table. Should of refunded and left, just as the food I'd ordered came out. Where to begin, chips were half cooked at best, the miniature buttered chicken wings tasted just as they looked, oil needs to be changed badly. Hire a cleaner daily!

Pretty average experience. Staff aren't very knowledgeable of menu items, they missed some things from my meal and it felt like I was inconveniencing the drive through operator by being a customer. They handed me my food, shut the window and walked off without any communication. However, it was delicious and I can't complain about the taste.

Poor customer service, person taking order lacks listening skills! Ordered through drive thru at 5.30pm, which was not a busy time however food was cold (2 Flava wraps). Staff could not care less about their incompetence. Won’t be going back!

The fried chicken was over cooked and dry, potato & gravy was just slop(90% gravy 10% potato) & the chips were under cooked. Did complain and said what was wrong, heard back from them to only be ask what was wrong. Told them again have not heard back. Do not recommend their Aspley store.

The speaker box is muffled, the staff are never friendly, but the Rooster is Red and that's really all that matters. It's not the choice of Red Rooster around but I'd much rather Red's than the nearby KFC so I'll put up with sub par everything else when the flavours are still great.

I just brought 2 flava combos with no cheese. Both flavas had chicken that tasted like it had on the bench the whole day. Dry and cold chicken pieces. So disgusted considering you pay the same price and that’s what you get. I’m so annoyed if I didn’t live three suburbs over I would have brought them back. Now have had to pay double for the same meal as I went to another Red rooster and it was worth every penny.
