There were no other customers but it took forever for our order to be ready. We ate at a table next to which two pigeons were fighting over the food scraps on the floor, and the bottom half of my muffin looked like someone had torn most of it off. I assumed our food took a while to come out because they had to cook it fresh, but it was about two degrees above room temperature. Can't think of anything that would compel me to eat there again. And there was no water on the menu...

It was midnight and they were very busy. However Bella made me the tastiest ham and cheese toastie I have ever had and a scrumptious iced chocolate to wash it down. Well done team fortitude valley !

I just stood here waiting 29 minutes for a small bacon and egg muffin meal and a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. Don't come here if you want fast food. The staff were frantically working but just seems the place is totally mismanaged. Definitely wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew it was going to take that long!
Interestingly, a sign on the counter said 'Respect. I'm lovin' it'. I'd love it too if they respected my time.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Served like warm nuggets and cold chips. Could deal with the nuggets but did ask for fresh chips as they were horrible. The fresh chips I got back were the refried cold chips. Overcooked and still somehow not all that hot.

Very rude staff, took my little daughter for a happy meal. Didn’t change over the toy as she already had the same one. The staff at the counter were not interested in Customer Service at all. Face expressions said it all, none of them wanted to be there. If you have a franchisee spend time in store and fix the morale.

Absolutely disgusting service. The one girl that was calling out orders clearly hated her job and did not want to be her her. She felt a sour taste in everyone’s tongues. She was maybe 20 and had acne to describe her.

Uber drivers have to wait for about half an hour for an order. please, please, please get the food ready before pressing ready.

A very busy store! Today the mango frozen soft drink was run out so I tried a vanilla flavored one! I was pleasantly surprised! What makes this store unique is the huge posterboard wall! New self service order machines have been put into the store! Wheelchair access is available plus parking provided! You can eat inside the store because there are seats & tables provided or you can eat on the go or sit in the Valley Mall!
