Waited fifteen minutes for a small meal with an extra cheeseburger :/ I had to wait 3 minutes just for someone to come to the counter so I could order, and then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food. On top of all this, there was not even a disinterested, "sorry for the wait" or even a have a nice day. I understand working at maccas can be bad, I used to work at the one at Central, but this was stupid. This is from 4:30 on the 18th of may.

I got home with the New Aussie Angus without Angus! A burger joint forgot the burger! I know they put it together like an assembly line but wouldn't the meat be the first thing to go in the burger? I think I just got punked. Good on ya Macca's Newmarket.

The last time we were here was about 25 years ago. Considerably improved since then and the the standard of the food was excellent.
Sunday morning with kids and parents on their way to and from sporting events so the noise was incessant with activity to match.

Came here around 9. Quite busy. To make it easier I went to order at the self serve terminal, the one thing I wanted, a hot fudge sundae was not on it, so was forced to go to their 1 register. Stood for 3-5 minutes. No one came or even looked to acknowledge me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I have had. There was an event on nearby which caused higher traffic in the store around 10:30pm. The manager clearly didn’t plan for this as I saw no more than 3 staff and the manager there. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 drinks and waited 35 minutes.
The manager ignored customers including myself, avoided eye contact and was pottering around the back the whole time. When we asked about our food taking so long we didn’t even get an apology for the wait. Very unprofessional manager with little care for staff or customers. Would rather save the $18 an hour than have an extra pair of hands it seems.

"Currently Unavailable" again on the Uber Eats app. I had to ring last time this happened so they could restart their ipad. (I can't believe the ordering backend requires an iPad.. )
Really need a better way on ensuring you stay online...I can't be bothered ringing again.
Ice cream is frequently unavailable.
The iced mocha is terrible.
The get orders wrong more often than any other fast food business by far.
They are probably some of the cheapest fast food around, good for when you don't want to spend a fortune.
