So disappointed as chips are cold and you can tell that they've been soaked or cooked in oil twice.photo taken not even 3 mins after collecting and fries have been wiped with towel. Horrible and went straight to the bin.

Very disgusting. All the tables were dirty. Rubbish all over the floor. Hygiene is obviously not a priority here. I have photos which I have attached. Called & spoke to the manager who used several excuses. Will never go there again.

Ordered food twice here and twice didn’t give me what I ordered. First time cherry tomatoes turned into tomatoe slices - I thought it was okay. Second time Fillet o fish without any sauce?! It was Dry AF. The staff was rude - gave me the wrong order and then told me to drive through the car park loop again because the order “did not come through”. Turned out the first drive through window staff told me the order did come through.

Unfortunately my colleague ordered a tomato and cheese toastie today at 9am. Instead he got a ham one. Right order 127 and correct on receipt. The worst part he is vegetarian!!! Wasn't busy at all and waited for nothing. My meal was correct , seems like a 50/50 at this maccus.

I purchased two takeaway Filet-O-Fish from Mcdonald Calamvale at 678 Compton Rd Calamvale QLD 4109. Came home and opened, We found there have some grey mud things on the burger bun top on both.
These supposed for kids afterschool snacks but now they are very disappointed for sure as everything need to go to the bin. This is very disgusting and also made my kids feeling shocked too !!
I have no idea if they are Mouldy or the staff picked up from their greasy kitchen floor , not any interested to find out but its Yuck for sure!!

Just now, 4 of my friends and I ordered 4 Big Macs and hash browns. We waited for 40 minutes and asked the middle eastern girl who ordered the meal. He told me that our meal disappeared from the screen? Didn't say sorry when you got the meal at the end? What is this service?

Food was fresh, ordered off the app for the first time, the restaurant however, was a bit dirty, the toilets had no paper and were filthy (more than just a few people prior). Nice food, not so nice for cleanliness. Hopefully just caught a bad day.
