Creme Espresso

All round poor experience. There was about 3 free tables, the rest were littered with dirty plates and mugs. Had to explain my order twice and then when I received my coffee (10 to 15 minutes later) it was cold (ordered a long black with two ice cubes). The coffee itself was also average. Can honestly say I wont go back sorry.

Food is tasty, however, it would not hurt to throw a pinch of chips with burger and steak sandwich orders. $15.50 for just a burger at a chain cafe is fairly pricey. Also @ staff at Mt Ommaney store, please clean your tables. We stayed there for nearly an hour and only one out of 6 or 7 dirty tables were cleaned and only because someone sat down at them. We do recognise it was a busy time though.

This is usually my ‘go to place’ at Mt Ommaney. Great variety on the menu and portion sizes good. Staff need to learn how to smile. Guy on the register not welcoming at all. Waited for over 20 minutes for my coffee Only to be told it was Taken to another table. So the coffee they gave me was a fresh one or the one given to someone else ? I ordered at 9:25 and food came out over 30 minutes later. Had to call a client and change my appointment due to the cafes lake of service skill. Don’t feel welcomed here at all. No one came and asked how my meal was etc. the staff at McDonalds are more welcoming.

Over Priced, eggs were over poached might as well ordered boiled eggs, hash browns were under cooked best thing on the plate was the baked beans that were poured out of a can and heated. Coffee was burnt as machine was far too high and needed to be recalibrated. Honestly use to love this place when the older bloke use to run it.... Clearly gone down hill. staff were friendly but an 80 dollar bill for 3 meals a bowl of chips and two horrible ice lattes is not worth it even with the play ground so close.

Tried this place our for breakfast whilst Christmas shopping and left very disappointed. Firstly I found it very overpriced, cost $6.80 for a double shot latte with almond milk tasted okay but definitely the most I've payed for a coffee....secondly the portion size of the meals were small and tasted average. Had the eggs Benny and my eggs were overcooked and the hollandaise sauce was too thick like it was store bought and the waffles we had were extremely dry tasted like they were a week old.....don't recommend this place in the slightest and I will never return.

What a disappointment My sister and I went for lunch at this restaurant and I was utterly disappointed. My steak sandwich was cold and the steak was chewy. Barely worth the ridiculous price of 18.50 not to mention that we had to wait about 20 minutes to get our food when the cafe wasn't even that full. On top of that the nachos were also mediocre and with barely any cheese on them. My sister ordered a similar sandwich for a price of 15$ and the portion size so utterly ridiculous and barely worth the price. Step up your game in both service and food quality if you expect a good recommendation or us to even consider coming back in future.
