Great tasting non greasy pizza with nice hand made bases. We've been here 4 times now and keep coming back. Ella at the front counter is great to deal with and remembers us by name now. Sorry to see the negative reviews! The place has certainly been improving over the past months as they find their feet - I imagine it's tough work setting up a small business. Keep up the good work, we'll keep coming back :)

Not sure of the bad reviews. We have now ordered multiple pizzas five times and have been spot on each time. My wife lost her keys in a rain storm picking up pizza and we contacted them by FB (their phones were down due to Optus/Telstra probs) and they found them 3 mins later. Their pizza bases are very good, and the prices very reasonable. They are our Saturday night regulars and we have 3 young kids giving the big thumbs up over the chain pizzas at the same price or better. Support a local business, they smash it!

Probably the worst pizza takeaway I've ever had. Was told up to an hour for delivery and had to ring twice to find out where our food was and when it finally arrived 1.5hrs later there was no apologies and it was cold. The pizza was not only cold but dry and chewy and the toppings where far from fresh. The ham was those shredded, processed strips that you find in the supermarket deli and the bacon much the same but in cubes, thin little processed chunks of chicken and kabana and the olives where clearly pre sliced out of a can or jar. No flavour at all except for that salty processed taste on top of a dry and chewy base. I'd honestly rate these pizzas to a similar standard to a mccains frozen pizza with mccains slightly in front because you wouldn't have to wait 1.5hrs. Most definitely far from the authentic Italian they claim and advertise to be.

Absolutely the worst pizza and service I've ever had - Thought I'd give this place a go as it's relatively new. We ordered 2 Margheritas which is usually a pretty safe bet. After being told it would take 20 minutes, an hour later it turned up cold. Not only that, the bread was almost completely stale, and the ingredients looked and tasted like they'd been swept off the floor. I wouldn't normally complain but I called up to let them know and got verbally abused by a woman who said she was the manager. Didn't catch the name, but this really is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I always try to support local businesses, but honestly steer clear of this place.

Not one to usually comment but this would have to be the worst pizza as voted by the 3 people in this household. Triple pepperoni very light on pepperoni! 2 pizzas & garlic pizza cold like it had been sitting around for 20 minutes Arrived 5 minutes before time indicated. We love to support local business but this is the last time for this sad little pizza shop.

We really wanted to give this place a chance, with supporting the local businesses and all. We bought quite a few times from them, but will now stop given the many unpleasant things that happened. A few examples: - The first order we made was online. They missed it completely. Half an hour after the delivery time, we called and got all sorts of explanations as to why they are late, other than the real thing: they had no clue there was an online order waiting for delivery. We got our pizza one hour late. - We decided we'll give them a second chance and, despite the dismissive attitude at the counter (never ordered online again), the pizza was good (that one time). The dismissive attitude only changed recently, a bit too late for us though. - The subsequent purchases had a forever thinning base, to the point where we started asking for a thicker base. Who cares? We got the same, paper thin every time. Today was the 4th and last time when we asked and the request was, as usual, ignored. BTW, the home made tiramisu was very short on syrup. Dry and bland. Felt close to eating sand. - 'Special' mention: The one time we bought a pizza on special (I think on a Tuesday or Wednesday) and we asked for a fork and knife to cut some pieces for our 2 year old, we were told we cannot get cutlery when we buy on special. Also, we cannot dine in either, for the same reason: we bought on special. A pity. Will vote with the wallet and take our business elsewhere.

I puked 3 times from how disgusting the pizza was no joke literally the worst pizza I've ever had. The dough was 100% not fresh and it is sad to see real Italians do such a pathetic job. They need to put in more effort. When I picked up a slice all the topping fell off completely leaving a disgusting chewy base. The topping also tasted terrible.
