Domino's Pizza

We order here often and never had issues until today 14th feb, Had food delivered , looked great , tasted great but had a soft soggy texture in the middle like it had been through a steamer and not an oven. Took it back and got another to have it remade and same thing. It is like the cooking time has been cut in half or something and could have used easily another 5 minutes it hardly has any color to it shown in the picture. We ate it in the end as we were hungry. Perhaps check the oven or temperature. It has somewhat put me off now and wont be back.

I have been repeatedly let down by the terrible quality and poor customer service of dominoes Bracken Ridge. Not once but 3 times in a row have they stuffed up our order, each time promising to replace the pizza next time and every time when we go to redeem are told there is no history of it. I have tried complaining to head office who just wiped their hands of the repeated poor service as a franchise problem, and I have left details and requested to talk to the manager who never made contact. Tonight the pizzas were undercooked to the point they had to be recooked when we got them home, it’s pointless providing feedback as it falls on deaf ears. Hopefully by providing this review I can save the public from enduring such a disappointing experience. I suggest you save your time and money and find another store that actually focus on quality and customer service or even better ditch dominoes altogether

So ordered 4 simply cheese pizzas for pickup 10/05/2022 and discovered ham pieces in the pizzas. I took it back to the restaurant and showed them the ham pieces on the pizza, explicitly stating that we don’t eat ham!!! I then asked for a refund for the pizza, upon which I was told that since the pizza was already eaten, that was not a possibility, as the restaurant policy states that refunds are only provided for a full pizza. I said that we only discovered that one of the slices had ham on it once we had started eating it – how are you then expected to provide a full pizza in this case. I left the rest of the pizza with the restaurant. Really disappointed, and this has been our local for over the 15 years that I have lived in Bracken Ridge.

I ordered my pizza (July 14th) online at 5:45pm and got my order at 7:15pm. As we all know we can track our orders. It said it was delivered to me between 6:15-6:30pm. When the order finally got here at 7:15pm the delivery driver didn't apologise for being late and the pizza was cold and the cheesy garlic bread was the same. I tried calling the store but no one picked answered.

Terrible service. Very disappointed and frustrated. Its been years I was going to this Domino’s. Most probably every week. Their service was fantastic until today. I ordered pizzas and I went to the store for pickup. The lady who was taking orders said she can’t do EFPOS payment as they are running out of papers. She refused to give me the pizzas I explained her that I have to go to night duty now and I don’t have time to wait as I already waited so long in the queue to pickup my order. I wasted my time and I had to go to work without eating because I was relaying on them. I had no time left to go to another place to eat something else. Now I decided to not to go there ever. I am happy to drive far to pick pizza in future. But not BrackenRidge dominos.
