Such a disaster. These people don’t even deserve one star.Tried three different places and all are same. Missing one thing or the other from the order, changing the orders and delivering etc etc every single time. KFC people please do your duty at least properly when you are in a responsible job. You are there for earning money and we are giving our hard earned money for food.

Besides for getting cold chips and cold drumsticks, the attitude upon request of refund within a time frame of 2 minutes after receiving my order was "whatever". This will no longer be my " getting dinner on my way home" destination. What a waste of precious time for hungry hard working individuals that rely on take away for nourishment.

came here for lunch with my family today 27/3/22. my food was average, however in other meals; 2 bacon and cheese zingers, there was no bacon and no cheese.. The customer service here was not great. No greeting or acknowledgement when walking to counter, had to announce what we wanted to order. counter staff member walked away mid making orders and was constantly touching his nose and hair in front of customers. very little understanding on what he was doing. However, it was evident through listening that other older ladies in the store were rep-remanding him and training him on correct procedures. Orders were promptly fixed and freshly cooked when staff decided to attend customers at the counter. Would probably recommended the drive through, opposed to counter.

Just ordered the Christmas in July Feast. Was only handed the bag with the food and window closed. Had to wait til domeone came back to the window to ask for my drink. Got home and the sauces that come with this family meal weren't anywhere to be found. Also do they still put serviettes and the refreshnent wipes in with your order...because they weren't there either. Good value for money for chicken etc, but the lack of sauces, drink etc let them down.
