Hungry Jacks Herston

If I could give this a place a zero I would. Horrible service. At 1030pm at night I have sat in the driveway for almost 40 minutes. The staff member on the intercom was rude and quite frankly should be able to work in customer service. This should have been a drive by but instead has cost more time. If you can avoid this place. I finally got to the front of the line only to be told to go wait around the corner. How can a simple(order ahead on the app) so litraly arrive though and pick up take so long.

I ordered a tender crisp box meal through menulog and the burgers I got was horrible. A drop of Mayo, drop of peri peri sauce, sprinkle of lettuce is what I got in the burger. I didn't have ti.e to go shopping and we are in a lockdown. I was hoping for a warm and nice dinner but what I got was Disgusting burger

My god the place has gone downhill, haven't been to any hungry jacks in years and just weirdly felt like one randomly so I went with my partner on the way home to one I used to frequent. Tables are rank, the bathroom my partner described as "the worst I think I've genuinely ever seen" and the staff look like they would rather die than be there...like my god I know it's a fast food place and you come for cheap slop, but I genuinely felt bad being here, felt like I was better than this and should leave.

Two times over we were ripped off. Forst time they forgot two burgers and all sauces they offered a dine in only voucher second time delivery this burger and again no sauces. I chose not to make it public until they ignored my second complaint! My advice stay away stick to small local companies its just not worth the the waste of time or money. Clearly management is wildy inferior!
