Saigon Salad Roll

This place was busy and being next to a small string of eateries, I realised that the local office workers must have been onto something good. I found the service was very good, especially as a vegetarian I wanted a tailor made Banh Mi and they were careful to get my order details right. The Banh Mi roll was fresh and crispy and the salad was also super fresh and tasty. I will be going back!

I was ordering Com Tam grilled pork with rice, very very disappointed for this meal!!!! This really nothing taste on this dish and too expensive for this meal. Only steam rice with few slices carrots and few grilled pork, and actually the pork was super dry.. seriously ?😨... I been too many Vietnamese restaurants and they are really good , but this time...... You can see the picture......

I had the Braised Beef Noodle Soup today with Hor Fun noodles. It wasn't actually Hor Fun but thin flat rice noodle. The flavour of the soup was surprisingly delicious - the meat tender and the carrots were also perfectly cooked. Soft but not mushy. The noodles were overcooked though but other than that, it was great for what my expectations were!!
