Now I know a KFC fast food store in Inala is not a #1 destination for fine dining but customers at least expect quality in their food. We were the first customers when they opened and the chicken was barely battered and very oily. The chips that were meant to be super fresh were not fresh, in fact some were completely undercooked and others were overcooked. Not even sure how that happened but it did.. This place really does need its workers to have a "if I was a customer, would I eat that" mentality..

Inala KFC gets 5 Stars!! The staff are so friendly and fun.. and the food is always up to standards. Even tho one time they forgot the chicken on our burger- but they were amazing and fixed the error quickly- was actually funny! So thanks to the team, keep up the good work👍🏼

This is what passes as "Chicken Tenders". Half size dried up sticks only half battered. Almost $10.00 for this? The state manager for Collins Foods needs to explain, no use blaming the kids in the shop!

I ordered via the app and was told my order was ready for pick up. I waited an extra 20 minutes. It was fine until I received my meal.
FOOD REVIEW:
- Ordered 9x spicy 6x original chicken but got ALL original
- Chicken tasted of burnt/old oil and too oily
- Chicken came in a bag of oil (refer to photos)
- Chicken selection = no good (refer to photos)
- Chips were very soggy

I visited on 28/08/21. This kfc is hit or miss and today was a miss. The chicken taste like it been under the heat lamp for a while and was very Oily and had a weird taste. I ordered a 3 pieces box 2 h&s and 1 original but received all original Chicken the staff were not very friendly at all. Good points the chips were fresh and the drinks were cold.

They had no original chicken , at the drive through, they said a 30min wait. The cars in front must have ordered chicken. KFC didn't park them up, I was trapped in the drive through line fir 45min. Never again

Disappointed is an understatement.
It was around 10:30-11am, I went through the drive thru and ordered a giant feast, get to the second window to be told there will be a 15minute wait on fresh chicken which was ok…however I waited for an hour in the car, so I had to go inside and grab it for myself which didn’t take long at all which lead me to believe they had just simply forgotten about my order!
Once I had got home, the chips were cold and my potato and gravy was burnt! Every visit there is a problem.

I have to give the team in KFC Inala 5 stars. You guys are the chicken superstars in my home every week on a Wednesday for my children and for this busy mum.
I do Doordash KFC lunch for my kids once a week and the team are very accommodating, efficient, kind and professional. We always get super delicious chicken delivered! Thank you for your hardwork!
