3.7 seems oddly low. 4.7 on Facebook. I've personally been here maybe 10 times and loved everything I tried. Good quality meals and size, huge menu and variety, fast lunch service, friendly service, great value overall. Only one time the meat was a little overcooked but that was because the owner/chef had his family visiting that lunch and the trainee staff she took over, he takes pride in his quality, scratch 3.7, 4.7 is more realistic! :)

First time I ate there I found the food to be similar to the previous place Magical Rice which relocated a few months ago, so I was relatively happy. This time my friend ordered a special fried rice that advertised amongst other things had prawns and an egg. Got back to work and did not have the advertised ingredients (no big deal right). Problem was when she rang up to let them know and went back to get a replacement she was confronted with the 'manager' who argued (with his hands on his hips - great customer service stance) that it did have prawns and egg without even looking at the meal and then proceeded to go into the back kitchen and through things around and refused to come back out and acknowledge the error. Probably wont go back again because there are a number of nice takeaways similarly priced in the same shopping section. I doubt it will last long with customer service like that anyway so spend your money elsewhere.

FOOD WAS DISGUSTING - I'd AVOID (better options nearby - even zambereros have 'fresher' food). Everything tasted off - even the rice (definitely had been left out for too long). Read the other reviews. Sounds like it's nothing new! Dishonest staff. I asked about these 'specials' on the sign I'd seen outside for months. Manager was grumpy and told it was 'old promotion' - just asking a question - not even complaining about your food (yet). Yeah right. If they can't even be honest with you, can you imagine what they're doing with their food???
