Morrisons Bristol - Cribbs Causeway Cafe

Love shopping in Morrisons, they have a wide selection of good produce at good prices. Their fruit and veg section is very good and so is the meat. Lovely bakery and fresh cake section. Store is clean, tidy and well stocked. I don't bother with the cafe as I have had a couple of bad experiences, so won't bother wasting time/money going back. But, for a shopping store, it's spot on.

Like a jumble sale in certain areas. People working in store who did not have a uniform. One person behind the whole of the Deli Section and he was ignoring everyone. Deli sections for hot meat and salad counter in a right mess and no one doing anything about it, nothing topped up and a lot of trays just left empty and dirty. Some goods had a crust where it had been sat all-day and not seen too. Difficult to see me going back to be honest

I pop in to look at the non alcoholic selection. I do like the fruit vegetable here; they appear fresher than some places I go. I do find this shop a little expensive. So, don't come here often. See this place cheaper, tescos so mid rate . Cafe is OK but seems short staff the service is slow. Even when quiet .

I went to the store to get my smoked haddock for Easter like I usually do. I got to the fishmonger counter and it had very clearly been cut into small pathetic excuse for pieces. They told me that it was delivered like that and that the store does not cut it. After visiting the store in fishponds I was told that it's delivered in full pieces and it is not cut unless of customer requests it. I got what I requested from the fishpond store. But after speaking to the staff at that store it is very clear that the cribbs causeway store not only cuts the fish down but lies to their customers. Shocking and disgusting. Clearly not a store that can be trusted.

For Morrison's cafe - Customer service was appalling. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food after having to ask twice where it was and being told we were next when we clearly weren't. Other people coming in after us were being informed of the wait on food before ordering but we were never told. If we had been told we would not have waited as it was not worth the wait.
