I loved everything except the codfish critters. If you like dough, then go for it. They've added more tables, so its tight; but they still have a DJ and allow dancing. OK!

The service was great the place is very colorful and pleasant on the eyes. Service was great! I had rice/beans and curry chicken. It was cooked just right nice portion also...I would definitely recommend this place!

Went here for the happy hour on a Friday. Drinks and food were great and the staff was very friendly, lively atmosphere, if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. My fellow Caribbeans know how difficult that is to find friendly staff here in NYC. I will definitely be going back .

Food hit the spot. Few options to choose from but I had a delicious Oxtail fusion pasta. Shrimps and chicken wings were delicious also. I would recommend. Server was friendly and attentive to our table.

OmG the Jamaican Porridge here is delicious with a captial D! My husband had curried shrimp and I had curried chicken roti and both dishes were very good. The prices are reasonable and the ambience is good. The service was not the best as it was very busy, but otherwise worth a visit for sure!

Ambiance was good. DJ wasn't too loud. Service by Edward was good. Table was somewhat small but ok. No problem with food except cold mash potatoes. We had sampler appetizer which we liked. Sauces were very tasty. Jerk salmon was not as "jerk" as I thought it would be but it was still cooked well. Overall good experience

The food was good for the price. It did take a little while for the food to arrive and there wasn’t many patrons in the building.
Took off a star because sadly my friend couldn’t enjoy happy hour. The requirement for happy hour drink prices were to sit on a high stool at the bar and due to her disability she physically can’t get on a stool & they didn’t allow her to get happy hour drinks cause she physically couldn’t sit on a stool at the bar. Hopefully in the future they are disabled friendly.

I went here on Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Dined in. This food was amazing,so fresh and tasteful. The waitress IMANI was so pleasant, attentive. I enjoyed my time there. The drinks,food,service. Was on point. I will be back for sure. 🤗🤗🤗🤗. Omg the cabbage was amazing. I took some home and it was even good cold 🤣🤣

I remember when I first learned about this place a few years ago. Told my friend and we went and had a nice time. I've been coming back. When I'm at gateway I try to sneak here only because I know I shouldn't. Long story short it's a must stop by. Now last night my drink was so good. I had a blue Hawaiian and some curry boneless chicken with veggies and rice and my co worker had the oxtails. Our food was goodt!!!!. I took the rest of mines home The place can get packed quick.
