Great food and service, love their grill chicken teriyaki, pineapple chicken and house special fried rice and their pork buns ;-) they can be busy at times and take longer for delivery or take outs but it's worth the wait! Their food is just delicious and my family and I can taste it's freshness

The food has been very good when we took out and when it was delivered. The fried pork dumplings were loaded with pork and the skin was light and crispy. The spareribs were moist, the honey wings full of meat, the pad Thai was filled with vegetables, the moo shu pancakes thin and light, the shrimp were well cooked and not rubbery and the curry beef was tender and tasty. We'll definitely use it again for our neighborhood take out Chinese.

Been coming here for over 25 years and 3 different owners. I really love this place. Wish they were back on Ave P though. Beef and Broccoli combination? Yes please. The hot and sour soup is on point as well.

I was looking at Big Chef’ review and I thought I might as well try it. Am I glad I tried it? Yes!!! I honestly don’t understand “Miss Iman”. When I looked at her review I was skeptical about ordering from Big Chef but her review actually didn’t make any sense. When a restaurant makes a mistake and they apologized for it and they are willing to give you the correct rice/or anything else, that doesn’t mean you get to keep the previous one. Chinese restaurants only exchange not give you a buy one get one free thing. Anyways, back to how the food and service was, it was fantastic and the lady was extremely nice and kind to me and she even made my food taste better than anywhere I have eaten from my entire life. Lastly, the cooking environment was also very clean.

Amazing Food and always fresh!!! And their Noodle soups are what everybody would likes, no doubt. Their customer service is amazing. Never had any issues unlike other chinese restaurants in the area. Fast delivery and excellent food.

They got my order wrong twice. Mind you, I'm a vegetarian and they served me meat twice. First time I ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and white rice, they put chicken in it!!! Second time, I ordered veggie dumplings, they gave me pork!!! Very careless and unprofessional.

Rude and disrespectful. I was becoming a regular here until I was loudly disrespected by a big mouthed person working there. I am disgusted by her behavior. I was given the wrong RICE. White instead of brown. No big deal, right? I called and politely informed her. I had been nice and comfy in my house after along day of work, but got dressed ran down the block (quickly bc I was expecting a delivery) to pick up the brown rice that I initially ordered. Upon my arrival, the troglodyte yells across the kitchen for me to produce the white rice they had given me in error. I didn't have the rice, having just sprinted up the block and having been inconvenienced it shouldn't matter anyway, and she proceeds to yell like a maniac that I need to bring the original rice. Needless to say, I demanded my rice, got it, and left.LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. The child you have working there taking orders is more adept at service.
