Service was friendly. Restaurant is clean. Other than the two females working who had extra long hair that wasn’t up everything was good. The blond had hers half up and half down in a hair clip. The other girl had VERY long loose dreadlocks. It’s been a long time since I worked in the restaurant world and back then we had health inspections. Maybe it’s different. Overall, the food was great as it always is.

The food was good. I got the turkey-cheddar wrap. My smoothie was also great, I got the kiwi-quencher. Me and my friends went here about 3 days ago. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back if we lived here 😂.

I have been going to Tropical smoothie for 3 years now; I'm from Florida and we have them everywhere, I order the Chicken Pesto Flatbread, with chips and an Island Green, these are my absolute favorite things on their menu.

Fantastic service. So we thought they messed up our order, which was fine cuz they were busy and they happily remade it, well turns out we just didn't know what we ordered and mixed our sandwiches. I felt bad for making them remake something they did right in the first place. But they were so happy to make sure it was right that i thought they deserved a review for their labor. SO the staff working around noon on August 11th are the top tier customer service!!!

We were very thrilled to see Emily working at the drive thru window today. She always has a smile on her face, and she knows how to treat the customers. She is very efficient, and is a great asset to your business.

Swung through for a quick Hurricane smoothie and a Spicy cajun shrimp wrap. Ended up ordering one for my daughter because she loves trying new food. The Pomegranate smoothie was her and she said it was great. Will definitely go back. Customer service was great. Jake was really cool at the drive through and provided great suggestions!

The menu here is extensive; however all of their smoothies contain juice, and unlike other smoothie places I have been to, you cannot replace the juice with coconut water or anything lighter. You can choose stevia instead of added sugar, but again not sure why they are adding sugar to a smoothie made from fruit and fruit juice. The smoothie was good, although pretty sweet, and the service was quick. Other people in my party had food items, and the portions seemed large. They all said their food was delicious.

First time there and great healthier option to usual chains and fast food. All menu items avail all day which was perfect as we wanted wraps mid am. Delicious and the apple slaw amazing. Staff friendly and efficient and were safely masked - thank you! Only issue for not 5 star - styrofoam cups - never break down in environment so didn’t order drinks. Please consider paper!
Would definitely stop again.
