I am addicted to the Lamb curry. I have tried it hot and mild. If you like spice but, want to really taste the amazing flavors then go for the mild. Without any heat to the dish, you’re missing out. Though, too much heat takes away from this amazing dish. (It’s like swallowing fire 😂) Make sure to get plenty of Garlic Naan and chutney. If you haven’t tried those you are missing out. I am happy the husband and wife are still running their restaurant. I know one day you will have to retire but, I hope that doesn’t come for many more years.

The food was absolutely amazing, everything ordered was fresh and flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Everyone there was also incredibly nice and personable. Additionally, the decor inside was beautiful and created a very welcoming experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be telling all my friends.

Always great food and service. Flavors are exquisite. Raj and Bina continue to hold the standard very high for food quality across the spectrum of Brunswick eateries! If you are not a fan if spicy food, don't fret. Order a mild spice sauce with your dish. But if you do love spice, order a "spicy" dish with a side of mixed pickles. It will warm your palate and your heart!

It was my first time at Bombay Mahal, and they did not disappoint! The customer service was amazing, and the waiters and waitresses were so polite and pleasant to talk to. Not to mention the absolutely amazing food, and I highly recommend trying one of their “Rupee” beers! I’m not a huge fan of beer but this one definitely takes the cake. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable, it was a little warm but that’s easy to look past. All in all, it was an amazing experience and the next time I am in Brunswick I’ll definitely take the opportunity to go back!

i attended Bates College from 2003-2006. i would sometimes think about their lamb rogan jhosh, mango lassi, and keema naan all week until i could take off after class Friday, drive 30 minutes alone to get here, and devour their food, then order a 2nd order to go to take back to my dorm. my goodness. that they are still open some two decades hence makes me very happy. i intend to take my wife here once we move back to the northeast.

We had the chicken tiki masala, the lamb curry, garlic naan and a few of their drinks. The chicken was very good and rich with flavor. I think it would be something for anyone to try if they haven't had food like this before. The lamb curry was amazing and had a good fatty and savory kind of flavor. Garlic naan was delicious enough to be eaten by itself and was made better with the accompaniments and main dishes. Overall the food was amazing and the people were very friendly
