Panera Bread

I ordered bagels last week and they were pretty flat. Manager Kathleen told me they had a dough issue. I had to throw the bagels at that time. Ordered it again today via Doordash and they sent me flat bagels again. When I called them, Manager Kathleen informed me that this is how their bagels/crackers are and she has been selling these for 11 yrs and they are perfect. If I need a refund I have to come back to the store with 6 bagels. Wow, I had to drive back to show them the crackers they sent and get a refund. What a Shame. I am sorry but if she has been selling these for 11 yrs then it is time to relook at what she has been doing. Totally disappointed and the manager’s attitude just amplifies the whole experience . Never going to this store again. Pls save urself some time and money before ordering something at this store or else get Thomas bagels from grocery store. If you like crackers then these bagels are ur best bet. I have eaten better Bagels in my life, so never stopping by. Thanks !!

Every time I come here my sandwich is never full, except of flavor. The girls rush you through the window for payment and at time of ordering. Theres never anyone here and even so… you wait for 100 years to get food that then is basically thrown out at you through the window. Not to mention of you say you want a cookie with the icing on top no one ever seems to know what you’re talking about! I don’t understand.

Unfortunately for me, I live close by so I come here often. It blows my mind how almost every time they mess up my drive through order. Salads aren’t consistent. One time lots of greens. The next time the container is nearly empty. Sandwiches missing. Always bread when I ask for chips. How does that pass by unnoticed? They need a better manager and better staff. Or I need to move near a better Panera.
